I come from a family where the males have an infamous reputation for sleeping. When we’re tired, we fall sleep. It doesn’t matter if there’s a crowd of people around us (granted my Dad’s much better at this than my brothers or I). If I lay in bed at night, tossing and turning for 5 minutes, I feel like it’s taking forever for me to fall asleep.

That’s one trait your mother wishes she had! I envy the men in my family in this department!
