Oddly enough, I needed to read that comment tonight! I’ve lost my vision with blogging. Politics have taken over my brain, but at the end of a day of schooling, cleaning, planning, working, cooking, tending… I haven’t the umpf left in me to either think of something creative and witty to blog, or pour out my soul. Blech. Too tired.

Lately I’ve been focusing on writing haikus (yeah, I know, both of them) to post. They’ve got a lot of benefits-
* they’re an acceptable, easily understood form of poetry
* they have a definite (simple) structure so you just fit your words in the rules
* they’re short
It’s nice to be creative and generate some output, but still not feel like you have to create a masterpiece before you put it out there.
