   What if the only things I do to my car is top off the windshield washer fluid and pump my own gas at the gas station?

   Dan, the kindah car you drive, I don’t know if it would matter if you swapped out the engine, overhauled the exhaust and put in a sound system that broke windows when you drove past.

   What if I bought a big wheel toy bike like all the little kids have and pimp it out?

   You know, tassels at the end of the handle bars, noise maker for the front wheel and maybe a “boom box” tied to the back of the seat.
