While discussing an important and life altering decision
Matt: I really think we should wait until after the house is well under way, don’t you agree?
Me: Well, intellectually, yes…
Matt: Great, we agree! After all, what else is there?
Thankfully the last part was said with a smile and a laugh…

I have a feeling I know what the life altering decision is.
We women aren’t the best at being solely “reasonable” are we?
I find it sort of funny that you and I are in opposite positions on this one: Gabe and I are having the same sort of life altering discussions, only my “unreasonableness” is the reverse of yours!

Yes, and I’m glad that we aren’t the best at being solely reasonable. I used to try to live my life like that, although a failed miserably and would up making myself even more overwrought and obnoxious than I would have been if I had just stuck with my real nature!
